A day-long Back to School Jam is planned Tuesday at the Boys and Girls Club of Easton.

The event features food, games, entertainment and outdoor activities, including BMX and skateboarding. It runs 9 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. at the Boys & Girls Club of Easton, 210 Jones Houston Way, Easton.

“We have a great opportunity for all the BMX and skateboarding community, where they can skate and ride in a safe place using the City of Easton’s portable skateboard park,” said club executive director Dean Young.

Parents must sign a waiver for children to use the skate/bike park. Waivers are available between 8:30 and 11 a.m. Sunday, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday or on the morning of the Back to School Jam.

Summer camp 2022 club members attend free of charge. Non-members can participate for a minimal $10 per family member.
